“As a solo female traveler, safety is my number one concern when choosing my destination and accommodations. Ocean Grove felt safe and friendly. The hotel felt very friendly, too. My room had a double lock which made me feel really comfortable. My room was cheaper than any hotel I checked out in the area, AND it had an ocean view! Innkeeper, Bernadette, was super nice and helpful throughout. Check-in was a breeze. Room and bathroom was clean, nicely decorated, and well stocked with everything they listed on the website. All in all, I strongly recommend the Beachliner if you're looking to stay in this area.”

“We had an outstanding stay and would absolutely return! The room was spotless upon arrival. It was also incredibly spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax and unwind. One thing that really stood out was how quiet the hotel was. We never heard noise from neighboring rooms, which made for a peaceful and restful stay. The complimentary breakfast was another highlight. Everything was fresh, delicious, and there was a great variety of options to choose from each morning. The best part, however, was the location. Being able to walk directly to the beach was amazing and made our vacation so convenient and enjoyable. Waking up and taking a short stroll to the sand and ocean each day was truly unbeatable. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Clean, comfortable, quiet, delicious breakfast, and an unbeatable beachside location—we highly recommend it!”

“We recently spent two nights at the Beachliner Hotel in Ocean Grove for our anniversary, and it was a wonderful experience. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which made our stay even more special. The room was clean, spacious, and had its own private entrance, which we really appreciated. It’s also in a great location—within easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and local shops, which made everything so convenient. The innkeeper was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our visit. We felt so comfortable and welcomed that we’re already planning our next trip back. Highly recommend!”

“What a wonderful stay we had at Beachliner! Bernadette was the perfect host and welcomed us warmly. Our room was quaint and comfortable. Great shower! The balconies were lovely spots to enjoy. We rode the available bicycles each morning followed by an amazing hot breakfast with THE BEST coffee! Great location, steps from the beach and everything we needed for a great beach day was provided. Plan to make this an annual event!!!”

“My 3 young adult daughters and I found this beauuutiful place, with beautiful host, Bernadette, and went upstairs to find a beauuutifl room beyond what we imagined. It was quiet, and comfortable, bright and welcoming, private, and cheerful atmosphere. I loved the faith blessings on the door posts as well! My daughters said right away in the room, " this feels like a cruise"! So relaxing we could focus on big decisions, like sit down outside on the upstairs deck, take a walk, nap or bike ride. And we did it all in 2 days. The reason for our trip was to visit family from out of town at the beach. The side benefit was a refresh to our own souls in our relax time also at the Beachliner Hotel!!”

“This was our first time at the Beachliner and we were pleasantly surprised. The location was 4 houses off the beach, the hotel was immaculately clean and the breakfasts were delicious and homemade. One day I had a delicious potato knish and bagels cream cheese and lox and a chocolate coussant.. The next day I had a blueberry crepe, a rughelah and other delights. Bernadette, the innkeeper was so nice and helpful and recommended places for dinner and great ice cream. The vibe on the beach was very chill and it was close to Asbury Park which is going through some positive renovations. Loved looking at all the Victorian houses. Will definitely return. “My stay at The Beach Liner in Ocean Grove was absolutely amazing, and a huge reason for that was Bernadette. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel welcomed, comfortable, and truly valued as guests. Her personality is warm, friendly, and genuine, and you can tell she truly loves what she does. The hotel was spotless, welcoming, and beautifully maintained throughout our entire stay. Every morning the breakfast was incredible, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared, and everything was always kept so clean and organized. Bernadette’s staff was also wonderful, friendly, hardworking, and attentive, which clearly reflects her leadership. What really stood out was how Bernadette went above and beyond for everyone staying there. She treats her guests like family and gives everyone the royal treatment. People like her are rare, and she is absolutely made for this job. I will definitely be returning to stay here again, and I’m already recommending The Beach Liner to friends because I know they’ll have the same wonderful experience.
